Embellished AI Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of purchase between: Service Provider: Embellished AI ("Company")
and Client: The purchasing individual ("Client").
1. Scope of Services
Embellished AI provides AI-assisted wedding planning guidance, including but not limited to:
-Wedding vision development
-Budget planning templates
-Vendor research assistance
-Timeline creation
-Design inspiration
-Planning checklists
-Communication draft assistance
-Organizational tools and recommendations
Services are delivered digitally via AI-generated content and templates.
Embellished AI does not serve as a licensed wedding planner, event coordinator, legal advisor, financial advisor, or vendor representative unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. Nature of AI-Assisted Services
Client understands that:
-Embellished AI uses artificial intelligence technology to generate recommendations.
-Suggestions are based on information provided by the Client.
-AI-generated guidance may not account for all real-world variables.
-Final decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Client.
-Client agrees to independently verify vendor availability, pricing, contracts, legal requirements, venue restrictions, and other third-party details.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
-Provide accurate and complete information.
-Review all materials carefully before acting on them.
-Independently confirm vendor contracts, pricing, and policies.
-Obtain appropriate event insurance, permits, or licenses as required.
-Embellished AI is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete Client information.
4. Payments & Refunds
All fees are due at the time of purchase.
Due to the digital nature of services, payments are:
-Non-refundable
-Non-transferable
5. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
Embellished AI provides informational and creative guidance only.
The Company does not provide:
-Legal advice
-Financial advice
-Tax advice
-Contract negotiation services
-Licensed event coordination (unless contracted separately)
-Client agrees to consult appropriate licensed professionals when necessary.
6. Vendor & Third-Party Disclaimer
Embellished AI may suggest vendors, venues, or service providers. However:
-The Company does not guarantee vendor performance.
-The Company is not responsible for vendor cancellations, misconduct, quality issues, or disputes.
-The Company does not receive commissions.
-All vendor agreements are solely between Client and vendor.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Embellished AI shall not be liable for:
-Event cancellations
-Vendor failures
-Weather conditions
-Venue issues
-Budget overruns
-Emotional distress
-Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services.
8. No Guarantee of Outcome
Wedding planning involves numerous external factors.
Embellished AI does not guarantee:
-Budget adherence
-Vendor availability
-Event execution outcomes
-Guest attendance
-Specific aesthetic results
-Planning recommendations are guidance only.
9. Intellectual Property
All templates, AI-generated materials, guides, branding elements, and documents remain the intellectual property of Embellished AI.
Client receives a non-transferable license for personal wedding use only.
Materials may not be:
-Resold
-Distributed
-Shared publicly
-Used commercially
10. Confidentiality
Client information shared with Embellished AI will be treated as confidential and used solely for planning-related services.
11. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Embellished AI from any claims arising from:
-Vendor disputes
-Contract disagreements
-Event-related incidents
-Misuse of planning materials
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Oklahoma.
